Applied if the signer does not have valid ID, refuses or is unable to sign, is impaired or is otherwise disqualified from signing, or if the appointment is halted or cancelled for any reason after the notary’s arrival.

If a cancellation for any reason occurs within four hours of the appointment time, a $25 cancellation fee will be billed immediately.

If a cancellation for any reason occurs after the Notary Public has arrived at the agreed upon appointment site/time, a cancellation fee equivalent to the travel fee will be billed immediately.
