How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Prior to our scheduled appointment, it's essential for all signing parties to be present and possess valid identification. Signing protocols differ depending on the document, thus, to ensure compliance, please refrain from signing anything until you're in the presence of our Notary Public. We uphold our commitment to integrity and adhere strictly to the laws and regulations established by the Texas Secretary of State.

How to Pay for Your Appointment
Payment must be made before services are rendered. Notary Public fees adhere to the rates set by the state of Texas, with the exception of mobile notaries who may levy an additional charge for travel. Travel fees are not subject to state regulation. Our fee structure is outlined below, and refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We accept payments via Square and do not accept cash or checks for mobile services.
Fees are determined by the combination of the Notary Fee, Travel Fee, and any additional applicable charges. The travel fee is calculated based on mileage originating from zip code 77469.
